Playing an integral role in the delivery team, Natasha is an account lead for a number of our high profile accounts across a wide variety of the marketplaces we serve. Striving to provide an exceptional level of service for our clients and candidates, Natasha has been with Alexander Ash since 2015. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys spending time with family and friends and eating at nice restaurants. She is a big sports fan and previously played football at FA level.

Jagdeep has been with Alexander Ash since January 2019 and specialises in governance, risk and compliance. He enjoys solving complex problems and finding candidates that suit our clients business needs and requirements. Unil has been with Alexander Ash since 2009 and works closely with a number of investment banks, consultancies and start ups. He finds top talent and sources the most suitable candidates, using his years of recruitment experience to solve problems for our clients. The dedication and drive of the team as a whole is what Unil enjoys most about working at Alexander Ash. At home, Unil can be found in the kitchen trying exciting new cuisines and recipes.

Winta guides candidates through their recruitment journey, providing support to ensure they’re fully prepared for their next career move. Mostly working within financial services and consulting, Winta has been with Alexander Ash since 2017. Winta’s favourite thing about working at Alexander Ash is the opportunity for development and the diversity of the team. Away from work, Winta enjoys reading fiction books, socialising and having fun.

Since joining Alexander Ash in 2014, Tom has forged a specialism in digital and technology transformation. As part of the senior management team, Tom works with clients and candidates to build long lasting partnerships. He takes a collaborative approach and often goes above and beyond to get results. After university, Tom spent two years travelling the world before settling down in London in 2013.

Ellie works to facilitate communication between our account managers and the wider team at Alexander Ash. Alongside assisting candidates throughout the recruitment process, Eliie ensures everything runs smoothly and that deadlines are met. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling the world and weekends away.

Matt works to develop high performance behaviours and outcomes across our internal, consulting and client communities. This comes as no surprise considering he spent 15 years in Premiership Rugby! In his spare time, Matt coaches his local junior team and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Toby is an experienced recruiter within the London financial services market, specialising in business-aligned change, transformation, and technology. Toby has developed a track record of building out teams, functions, and programmes for large business, regulatory, and technology initiatives and has a detailed picture of the markets for both buy and sell-side recruitment. Toby enjoys spending time out of work with his young family and meeting up with friends.

In 2022 Tom joined us as a Sales Consultant to identify and pitch new business, and develop and maintain those relationships to ensure Alexander Ash’s engagements are successfully delivered. Working in Financial Technology, Tom has been quick to build a strong network of clients and candidates within the UK’s Investment Banking and Financial Services sector. Ghya was one of the first employees to join the Dubai team in 2021 as a Delivery Consultant who specialises in technical recruitment for leading consultancy firms.
