Description: We are seeking a skilled content designer to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing content throughout various user journeys within our projects. Working closely with content and interaction designers, user researchers, product owners, and business analysts, you will contribute to design decisions, implement changes, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in content design
• Experience working on governmental projects

As an Entry-Level to Mid-Level Content Designer, you will focus on crafting user-centered content for digital services. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, designing and refining content, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with user needs. Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design and Visual Design, as well as strong stakeholder management skills, are essential. Additionally, proficiency in Visual Design and Development is required.
