Research Analyst / Real Estate

• Contract role, 6 months initially with extensions
• London based, Hybrid working

Skills Required:

Candidates will have worked and/or possess real estate research experience. Must have direct experience in preparing and managing a range of applied real estate research outputs, including:

• National and submarket analysis of the major property types or a strong sector focus
• Understanding of significant macroeconomic and capital market drivers of real estate
• Using market data to understand current conditions and performance
• Strategic research related to real estate investment
• Client focus including demonstrable written and presentation skills
