Business Manager

I am working with a Top Tier Investment Bank, who are looking for a Business Manager to provide Business Management support, covering a variety of COO and Business Management related activity: Resource Management, FTE forecasting, Hiring, HR processes, Central and Divisional admin and Daily ad-hoc requests.

• Contract Position with competitive daily rate for a Tier 1 Investment Bank
• UK based candidates only
• Hybrid working

Requirements:

• Intermediate Excel skills
• Proficient in other MS Office packages
• Resource Management: HC management & reporting, hiring and position management
• Previous exposure to planning and forecasting
• Ability to analyse data to spot trends and present data in a clear & logical way
• An eye for detail to ensure high level of accuracy in data sets & presentation
• Confident and concise communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
• Previous administration experience to enable support with wider business management tasks and ad-hoc projects
• Experience of working in a COO/Business Management function
• Previous experience of working in Banking/Finance industry
