Business Analyst | Salesforce CRM | Financial Services

My client is a Large Financial Services Firm based in London and they are on the market looking for a Business Analyst who can support their CRM salesforce migration project.

Role:

• Responsible for the data mapping of the CRM systems.
• Ensure business processes can be supported ongoing with Marketing and technology teams, etc.
• Define the data migration approach including how historic data will be managed and data clean-up required to ensure a successful migration.
• Support the business change activity for the new joiners including user management, training and the ongoing support model.

Skills:

• Strong BA Skills with ability to analyse the CRM implementations and produce a comprehensive plan for migration
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and the data structures
• Previous experience of Salesforce migration projects
• Knowledge of distribution functions and associated business processes within Financial Services
• Knowledge of Agile project management framework preferred
