Oracle Supply Chain Consultant
About the role and required experience
- Experience in application support and working with tools such as ServiceNow for ticket management
- Responsible for pickup up Oracle SCM (Cloud-based) support tickets, triaging and working to resolve
- Responsible for working with incidents and service requests within specific SLA's
- Oracle Modules include (at least 5 years experience): Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality - this needs to be hands-on experience and ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills and will need to work with end-users and business type users - will also need to coordinate with the offshore support team
- Experience with working with external suppliers if needed during resolution of ticket
- Experience with RF Smart would be useful
- Experience in working in a supply chain environment and ability to share specific examples of the work undertaken
- Shift based working and on-call will be required including weekend working
