The Role

The ideal candidate will understand how Digital Technology transforms the experiences of customers, employees, and suppliers and fully appreciate the transformation journey necessary across the IT and business landscape. He or she will be passionate and driven to guide our clients through that journey and help them to accelerate and simplify through the products and services we create

Experience

  • Proven expertise in Service-Now either as a Business Process Consultant or Platform Architect or Business Analyst
  • Proven implementation or knowledge of Service-Now Implementation methodology
  • Analysis or implementation knowledge of either IT or business workflows in Service-Now
  • Applied knowledge of Service Now's guidelines for configuration and customisation
  • Ability to derive and allocate the business value of workflows. Able to run workshops to get multiple stakeholders aligned on the business value of workflows
  • Digital strategy & Technology consulting services experience is a significant plus
  • Proven Business Analyst expertise with extensive project experience across the software delivery life-cycle (SD LC), as either a Business or Technical Analyst
  • Hands-on analytic and business intelligence experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment
  • Familiar with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and working within Agile teams and projects
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering and documentation, and customer journey analysis/mapping
