ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ITSM/CSM/HR)

Alexander Ash are working with a ServiceNow Partner business who are experiencing rapid yet organic growth & demand from their client portfolio ranging from financial services, telecommunications and consumer goods companies across the UK. They adopt a unique culture within their close-knit team and each person is considered as a valued individual who contributes to the success of the business.

They are looking to hire a multiple ServiceNow Developers and ServiceNow Technical Consultants to join their expanding team working across application development, implementation and maintenance of new products within the platform.

This is a fully remote based position, with occasional travel to client site when required (all of which will be expensed)

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall development cycle to deliver value and successful outcomes to customers.
• Be empowered to lead aspects (e.g., demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes to customers.
• Support and lead ways of working to ensure the execution of the development is delivered in a fun, positive and energetic way.
• Have an awareness of the impact of the solutions you are providing to other areas of the platform.
• Challenge the norm, transform ways of working and stimulate new ways of thinking and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
• Contribute to ways of working to ensure your contribution to the team is delivered in fun, positive and energetic way.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of ServiceNow
• Worked across either ITSM/HR/CSM ServiceNow modules
