I'm currently recruiting for a large consultancy firm who are looking for a SAS Developer who has experience with SAS Analytics and Python. You will essentially be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, supporting and maintaining standard and Ad Hoc solution achieving the highest standard of accuracy and timeliness using industry standard practices. They are looking for someone to join on a minimum 12 month engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, support, and maintain Standard and Ad hoc solution achieving highest standard of accuracy and timeliness using industry standard practices
• Design and develop high quality software solutions for implementing models provided by regulators in Credit Risk business.
• Analyse production issues and determine potential solution to resolve the issues.

Required Experience / Skills:

• BTEC or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Primary Skill should be SAS Analytics (overall experience of 5+ years on SAS)
• Knowledge of and ability to code using Python
• Knowledge of Java and Oracle desirable
• Experience in DevOps and Agile methodology desirable
