**Business Analyst - Up to £70,000 basic plus discretional bonus scheme and very strong benefits - London/ Hybrid**

My client is one of the top 10 Asset Management firms in the UK and specialised for over 20 years in Private Equity (PE) management with $12.7 billion of PE assets under management. They are undergoing significant transformation and looking at ways to improve processes through automation, reporting through data quality and execution through systems improvements.

Role outline:

This BA will be working on a breadth of projects across Finance; Procurement; Tax; Treasury; HR; Risk and Compliance; Internal Audit; Legal etc.

The Change Function and Purpose of the role:

The role is facing off to a wide variety of functions across business stakeholders, technology and production functions.

It is expected you will be working with functional leads and technology experts to define the business requirements including:

• Analysing and shaping initiatives, define solution options and engaging in delivery.
• Identifying thematic requirement.
• This is not a technology delivery role, although ability to partner with technology is essential.

You will also be responsible for:

· Working with Solution Architect(s), Stakeholders and Group Technology

· Managing projects/workstreams.

· Providing analysis services to support business and technical change including: Analysis and documentation of requirements.

· Producing structured functional specifications, user stories, process maps.

· Running workshops; Business Architecture and Operational model design; Identification and analysis of solution options.

· Leading delivery of a large/ complex change projects and workstreams.

· Building relationships with senior level stakeholders.

The experience I am looking for is:

• Strong experience working in a Business Analysis or management consultancy position (ideally 6-8 years).
• Analysing large amounts of data, bringing structure, and refining insights.
• Building relationships across the organisation, and advising Heads of Departments and Business Change Managers.
• Communicating with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience of Target Operating Model (TOM) design.
• Business process analysis, design and implementation of process and system implementations.
• Documenting to-be business processes.
• Analysing requirements and creating functional specification documents.

Desired Experience:

• Highly advantageous - experienced in Financial Services organisations, specifically asset management.
• Highly advantageous experience of infrastructure back-office functions.
