Lead Product Manager - Oracle Focused

For one of my global clients - Top Tier Financial Services organisation, I am looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager with HR and Oracle experience to work on an exciting, unique opportunity.

Required experience:

• Financial Services experience within Top Tier Organisations
• Product Roadmap and adoption of Oracle HCM suite into the business and experience leading HCM cloud solutions
• Expertise in HR Product Management, Agile delivery principles, System Implementation, Project Delivery, HR Process, Change Management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
• Experience of working in a variety of agile ways
• Ability to plan and organise effectively and deliver against outcomes
• Successful B2B or B2C product management / ownership experience
• Ability to use data, qualitative and quantitative, in your decision-making process
• Good knowledge in the use of Tools & Techniques for Backlog prioritisation, managing dependencies
