Global Workday Process Implementation Lead - HR Change - Bank. A leading investment bank are implementing the Workday platform across all HR business process and have a fantastic opportunity for a Global Workday Process Implementation Lead to play a key role in mapping HR business process end-to-end onto the platform.

As a Process Implementation Lead you will be responsible for leading end-to-end process change within the bank, working across all HR areas including but not limited to talent, reward, learning and development and reporting. This will entail utilising your detailed knowledge of HR processes, global workday implementation experience, structured change management skills as well as knowledge of the difficulties of implementing global HR platforms across multiple legal jurisdictions.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

  • 10+ years HR change experience within major global banking institutions
  • Previous experience on a global Workday implementation within a regulated firm
  • Understanding of the complexities of cross-jurisdictional HR platform implementations
  • End-to-end process experience across multiple HR disciplines and areas
  • Structured change management skills including business project/management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
